Final inspection by skilled engineers

Final inspection is an important process to keep the quality of rings we supply.
Not only by inspection machines, but also visual checking by skilled engineers, the finished turned rings are checked for conformance to specs. with no defect, no scratch and no distortion.

Measurement of turned ring dimensions

The rings are checked by dedicated inspection equipment at a specified frequency.
This is the key operation of our quality policy “URAKAWA never flow non-conformance parts to the customer (the next process)”.
